TERMS & CONDITIONS - GetYourWatch

1. Competition Overview

GetYourWatch operates skill-based prize competitions offering participants the opportunity to win luxury watches. All competitions are conducted in accordance with UK regulations.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older.

Employees of GetYourWatch Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible.

Participation is void where prohibited by law.

Participants from certain countries or jurisdictions may be restricted from entering competitions due to local laws or regulations. Entries from restricted jurisdictions will be void and refunded.

3. How to Enter

To enter a competition, participants must:

• Select a competition and choose the number of tickets.
• Answer a skill-based question.
• Complete payment.

Entries are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and acknowledged by GetYourWatch.

Only one answer may be selected per order and applies to all tickets in that order.

4. Entry Fees & Refunds

All entries are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued except if a competition is cancelled by GetYourWatch.

Unwarranted or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any associated entries or prizes.

5. Competition Closing

Competitions close on the date displayed on the competition page.

If all tickets sell out before the scheduled draw date, the draw may take place earlier.

A winner is always guaranteed.

6. Winner Selection

Winners are selected using an independent third-party random draw system provided by RandomDraws.

Draws are conducted fairly and transparently.

Draw certificates may be made available upon request.

7. Prizes

Prizes are described on each competition page.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives are available.

GetYourWatch reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal value if necessary.

8. Winner Verification & Delivery

Winners must provide proof of identity, age, and payment method.

Failure to provide verification within the requested timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Delivery arrangements are confirmed directly with the winner.

International winners are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

9. Publicity

Winners may be asked to participate in promotional activities (photos or videos). Consent may be withdrawn in writing before publication.

10. Liability

GetYourWatch is not liable for losses where there is no breach of legal duty, losses not reasonably foreseeable, or losses caused by the participant.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Cancellation

GetYourWatch reserves the right to cancel any competition at any time. In such cases, all entry fees will be refunded.

12. General

Decisions by GetYourWatch are final.

These terms are governed by English law.

Disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
